To make a booking, a deposit of 10-20% (depending on which tour you select) is required with the remaining 80% balance payable 45 days prior to departure. In the unlikely event that you need to cancel after you have booked and prior to your final balance being paid your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations received inside 45 days of travel will be subject to cancellation charges at the following rates: 45-29 days 45% of fare, 28-14 days 70% of fare, less than 14 days 100% of fare.
